What I Wore 28: Salamanca

My parents arrived in Madrid last week for their 5th visit to the city. I think after their 3rd visit they had almost exhausted all the sites to visit and already ventured out to most of the small towns surrounding Madrid. One of the places that they were keen to visit was Salamanca. This was my second trip to this beautiful university town but after discovering the best croissant in the world there on my previous visit I wasn’t complaining about going back. Due to Salamanca being a city situated inland I was expecting it to be super cold. I went for a super simple and easy outfit for the day…it had nothing to do with packing at 7am before I left for work. Because we were planning on doing a lot of walking I wore my trusty patient boots and my favourite trousers. They definitely felt much tighter after the visit to the croissant shop!!
